Shepherds
of echo
sirens
that call
Masters
of legend
trapped
in the Fall
Moonlight
on ice fields
whispering
still
Voices
stay buried
destiny’s
will
Sunlight
awakens
mountains
that sigh
Hidden on
summits
new answers
there hide
But with
every Spring
a melting
ensues
Flowing
life’s message
recalled
— and renewed

Wow! Love the pastoral and season imagery to show change, progress and growth in life. Well done, my friend. Really enjoyed this. 🌹👏
So glad, thanks.
You are welcome!
A metaphor for the season or maybe the season a metaphor for the nature. Very nice
Thanks. The rhythm of nature and life itself is first a departure
and then a return.
This is almost like a blessing of sorts to not only the earth and the Earthly but the Other worldly energies, the poem opens in such strong images that I am almost transported beyond the mists of times. Much enjoyed this piece!
