Far amount

Maplespal

Far amount

I like to count the stars,
connect them to see the scars,
distant colors bled and seen a far.
Looking past the one where we are.

It's a simple task in my head,
connect them and color what was bled,
scarred the universe is close to dead.
It's something the stars have said.

I like to count on clear nights,
focus to distant star sights,
watch the galaxies past fights,
count the distant dots of light.

It's a simple path of thought,
following where a comets shot,
trailed to a distant dot,
and it's a star you've got.

I like to spend time to count,
connect the focus to its mount,
distantly calculate and account,
for the stars far amount.
