Forever In His Midst

coracaodacripta

He is beyond the nature of human understanding, and wields with prowess the faculty of law

Within which our souls participate

In the mass, His gift, to be alive.

One's mind that deconstructs, eyes that though shift

In the times that we invent our happiness, or the makings of listlessness

Contains no coincidence that man dwell in the passion of woe

For this dimness in Spirit

Those gentle and quiet flames

Enabled a mercy to char the veil of essence low.

Beating the breast, clipped by a fist, at the kindness and lush

Of God's conduction of the matters of the heart; embraced by the chest

For He is neither the master of puppets, nor the magician

but the maestro of symphonies;

Including those that deafen our ears to the noise

Of aimless chatter.
