Through the Noise, My Love I won’t let go
A hum, a buzz, a jagged sound,
Swirling chaos of the world in which you’re bound.
My child, I look into your eyes, so wide, so clear,
I will fight through static roar, to pull you near.
Each step you take towards me, the noise invades,
It’s shattering my words, your focus fades.
I see you pull away, my heart’s own spark,
Yet you’re still my glistening treasure in the dark.
My hands reach out, my voice a familiar tune,
To guide you through this wild monsoon.
I’d steal the din, I’d bear its sting,
Just to let your quiet spirit sing.
My happiness is in your laugh, a rhythm sweet,
A pulse that makes my life complete.
Through this chaos, my love will hold you fast,
A binding promise no storm can overcast.
We’ll sing out noise, and dance right through,
My heart’s a symphony played just for you.
Forever, dearest one, my vow will stand—
Your heart, your happiness, always I will defend!
