Unique

I have no roots dug into ground,
no customs or heritage can be found.
No religious values interfere with thought,
no delusions of grandeur or being on top.
I'm invincible and something you won't stop.
It's wisdom and knowledge that I've got,
no roots to tie or bind me,
no knots ratted can confine me.
I exist in the atom less spot.
Nothing tangible to grab onto,
time's ignored and not responded to.
I am the conscience this one's got,
lived many lives in empty shells,
lived many adventures I could tell.
I am elusive and will never be caught,
in the end the empty shell will stay,
in the end I will escape and get away.
I will survive and you will not,
being something you can't be,
being something you can't see.
I exist and therefore I ought,
to never and forever be aware,
that I am something uniquely rare.
