Thou shalt have no rest, no peace.
Thou shalt sleep tired
with a dream unfulfilled.
With a burning desire
for change at all cost,
With a fire within
You will see change
and be content.
Though not when?
May not be now but
Thou shall be worshiped
and written and read about.
Thou wilt live for ever
in the hearts - for eternity.
A life lived with not a second spared.
Who does not want change
but not all have fire within
Yet we complain and complain
And live with the pain.
Commitment to a Cause
can change one and all.
May more have fire within!

Thank you!
You are very welcome
Many are afraid to be burned so build no fires content to live in cold houses. Loved the message and metaphor in this poem. Nicely done
Thank you for your encouraging words. It means a lot for a non-regular poet like myself.
