Bobbing lights
Across the ocean the lights shine,
one of those dots is of course mine.
Distanced from the porch and yard,
the place where our love charred.
Waves clearing the views view,
distancing myself away from you.
Waiting to be found for a save,
bobbing in a cold oceans grave.
Whatever my feel is frozen to me,
watching the dots in front I see.
Across the ocean the lights shine,
goodbye to the one that's mine.
We need to
Don't look back at me tonight,
allow yourself a forward sight.
It's time we set we free,
time to let you go of me,
time to say our goodbye.
There will be times we cry,
looking back and remembering,
analyzing and disassembling,
all the memories of our we.
Learning from what we see.
So please, allow us to be free,
allow us to each other just to be,
friendly if we need the others thought,
friendly if we end up in the same spot.
Don't look back at me tonight,
but if scared use me as a light.
It is lonely holding onto you,
and thou our love is true,
we need to set ourselves free,
and say goodbye to our we.
Unconcerned
Why am I the one?
It's a question to ask,
answers hide behind the mask.
But my voice is done,
and I just don't care,
to even be aware.
It's not that it doesn't matter,
I just have no room to care.
Ahead no answer to give, I stare.
In my head a clitter clatter,
thoughts occur, but my voice is done,
and who cares why I am the one.

Three the still center on the object, the author in the first a fading light the second letting go and the third the focus. Nicely done and tied together
