Depression

Xalvazora

You make me feel sad,

You make me feel bad.

You take a toll on my life,

But I never needed a knife.

As I yearn for love,

I will wait until it comes.

I wait,

But not for you.

A great expression in poetic form of depression in a black form. I too use poetry to work out turmoil and it is a great tool. A lovely write.

Excellent write, mate. I'm on the same boat in using poetry as a way to vent about depression and the many anxieties I had and/or have experienced. It helps alot to write out my feelings, and I hope it equally helps you too. Wishing ya the best 🤘
