IN FLIGHT

nephilim56

Idle eyes
Watch a sunset
Flickering
Into night
Twilight kisses
Wanton wishes
Wings open
Now in flight.

Across the skies
Thoughts to fly
In sombre token
To life
A bitter feud
Sings no tune
A journey
Now in flight.

The centred vision
Based up high
Angels breath
Angled eye
A bitter taste
Upon the night
Wings open
Now in flight.

Bits and pieces give glimpses of sparks of love through metaphor . Enticing and thought provoking nicely done
