Dry Penniless Thoughts

Younique

True cries are the ones you don't let out

My eyes are dry

But my tears are many

I'd give you a thought

If I had a penny

I'd tell you a lie that isn't mine

I've fed my flesh

Instead of my mind

I've tried to be humble

But I'm not kind

I've tried my best but

You've turned me blind

Don't you ever think that I've had enough?

That I've wanted out?

That I'd give you a reason

To hear me shout

Shall I swallow the medicine of joy

To mask my reality?

To change my flow?

You're only great because you're

Misunderstood

No one understands you

No one ever could…

What's changed now?

Nothing so far

Its only a matter of time

Before I am hit by that car
