All of Me For You

Kiprotich Langat

All of Me For You

You are an iron in human form—my Iron Lady,
Shaping my life, strong, bold, steady.
Love is a language of beauty—
For me, it is your name.

I can’t lie and say I’ll give you the whole world,
But you are getting all of me.
Stars shimmer in your radiant eyes,
a celestial dance that never dies.

I can’t help but envy your makers—
They held you before fate handed you to me.
Two visionaries cradled a jewel, the stars had kissed
and held the masterpiece, my heart won’t let go.

I can get them flowers for what they did…
But oh—sorry,
My flowers belong to you only.

Days are moving fast,
And the quicker they do,
They carry us closer to that moment so true—
We’re getting locked sooner, just me and you.
