Night into Day

There are times when you think the night will last forever,

All the stars in the sky, the quiet hum of the street lights, the way the clouds move across the sky.

But then, there is the smallest glimpse of dawn. 

Slowly but surely the sun rises on the other side of the horizon.

The daylight comes, and while you never forget the night, you enjoy the brightness of the sun.
