It's quiet as Hell
The telephone rings
Ignore it or not
Either way your life changes
You pick it up
A deal is made
You're unaware
but your path is now clear
Later your need will be great
And will be met
Because you answered

A most interesting poem of satisfying unknow need by technology. Well written in poetic style.
My girlfriend and I tried to collaborate on a mutual story but it didn't work out so she suggested that I write poetry (which at first I strongly resisted). I 'm so very glad that I finally relented. This poem was a kind of crossover. Thank you for the comment.
A sense of how quickly and easily your life can change, one phone call and being bothered to answer it, enjoyed the read, nicely expressed
(See above comment to sorenbarrett). Thank you also for the ciomment.
So she was right, you are very welcome
