Reminding note

Reminding note

There was a dream that came to me,
knocked me out for quite a long while.
I woke in a world like I could never see,
the brightness of the colors and their style.
Blinded was the notion that it wasn't real,
tricked was that the static was a normal feel.

The chars and burns from static sparks,
within this dream that came to me.
I walked towards where a dream arcs,
it was always in front ahead to see.

Within this dream I dreamt to see,
peacefully each static burned its mark.
I walked ahead to the front of me,
became one I did with the breathing sparks.

Statically I felt one with my sleep,
snoring loud in a sleep that was deep.
Once the dream finished what it spoke,
the alarm brought me to what is woke.
Then this need to write so I wrote,
and gave myself this reminding note.

A haunting poem. So often I forget my dreams and could use a reminding note or maybe not if they are ones better forgotten. A most touching and lovely poem
