The Oracle

Sunshinefalling

They are back again.

In my head.

I hear them.

They call to me.

Always lurking in the shadows.

The thrilling dream.

They wait outside the door.

I take a hit.

They are louder than ever.

They command me.

Everyone commands me.

For it is alone,

within my head,

it all resides.

Captured by both gods and men.

I must answer the knocking at the doors.

I inhale the future and push myself towards rapture.

I am forced to see gods that are not my own.

I see it.

I live it.

The downfall.

The curse.

The languages of forgotten gods.

I am captured here.

Something much bigger speaks to me.

But I am trapped by man,

in a small world that is nothing more than a cave.
