TALL SHIPS

nephilim56 ( Norman Dickson)

Upon a moment
In an hour
Within a day
That paused
For breath
I observed
The tallships sail
From harbour
Sails within
Undress.

Sunshine kissed
Each wooden mast
With quivering lips
That lightly pressed
The white surf
In its dance
Bow thrusting
To its quest.
