Reawakening

Arshia

Reawakening

I can sense the power of hope,

Although life throws certain uncertainties and make me forlorn.

But some of these unsolicited surprises are less imperative,

I wonder how much lessons were really for me, immersive.

I am afraid of being alone,

Reminds me of the times I was truly lost.

Now I think that life has had enough of my joy,

Back to writing verses where I unleash my deepest fears.
