A walk down Waterline

James Warren

Waters from above

trickling drops of life

symbols of the love

the mother cares for her children

do you care for her

the deer the frolic through

the forest

the birds that sometimes sing

do they listen to the waters

do they feel her pain

if you listen closely

you might hear her speak

does she call you Friend

Nature and her language that we do not listen to and possibly a metaphor in that we seldom listen to others as well. Nicely done

A sense of our we listening to natures call for help, or are we ignoring it as we tend to do with ourselves, nicely expressed and written

The waters of the river are my friends, indeed... I like what you have done here. Nicely done!
