Sailor's Wishes

Introverted Sage

Things started to change for me - meeting up with that Sailor.
Everything I'd ever want made for me - custom tailored.

Trying out my sea legs - it's gonna be a long night.
But in the depths of the ocean - I found a little light.

What will you wish for if you pass this test?
Let's start with peace and happiness. How many more do I have left?

Wishes were plenty - my own personal well.
Some things kept close to my heart - I'd rather not tell.

I really never believed in magic - 'til it was knocking at my door.
Smoke screens and slighty tricks - witness of the lore.

Stalled, thought and pondered - what could I truly desire.
Even recalled on that old poem - music of the lyre.

I said - heaven knows I've got this deep pain in me.
My last wish - is to be set free.
