Standing here
a adult
and yet in your mind
your still feeling like a little child
someone who feels that little bit invisible sometimes
someone who feels a little bit ‘ not seen ‘
and you know that’s just a feeling
your not a child
but in your mind you still can find yourself
feeling that little bit small
like a little caterpillar
wanting to be seen like a butterfly
but sometimes still finding the feeling of wanting to hide
wanting to be by yourself
because who likes to feel that feeling of feeling ‘ a bit invisible ‘
it may just be a feeling
and people may see you
they may just not be talking much
but that feeling still hurts
still makes you sad
but you feel sad inside
because you don’t feel there anyway
Difficult feeling to have
even if it’s not true

A poem of feeling insignificant, small and not a part of. We all feel alienated at times but to feel this way all the time is tragic. A good write
Thankyou very much .. I don’t always feel like this just sometimes and yeah it can make me feel a bit sad
I have noticed that feeling today
That’s why I decided to write about it
Wishing you a brighter day
A tragically sad poem. I know the feeling, sadly. Well expressed. 🌹👏
Thankyou )) I don’t always feel this way but yes now and then I notice that feeling in myself and yes is a sad way to feel .
I’ve been feeling this way today , at times that’s why I decided to write about it
Think we can feel on the outside sometimes and yeah when your feeling dissociated ( and not there anyway ) that can feel hard
It sure can. I too find writing a great way of expressing those inner feelings for myself and it seems you do too. Glad that is the case. It is most healing and it teaches others and breaks stigmas. All positives in my book. Keep up the great work, my friend. ❤️🩹
I sad write of feeling a little isolated and invisible to the world, hoping the day gets brighter, nicely written
