A scarlet poppy among the rye,
Entertains with its petals the eye,
The moon showered with its radiance,
Caressed and revived them by chance
The flowers were washed with dew,
Sleep embraced them with silence few
Only someone went in the distance
And carried a quiet song instance
Chorus:
A scarlet poppies are the flowers of true love,
Painful memory, bitter girl's sobs, alas!
A scarlet poppies, a wonderful flower,
The bitter delusion of young years now…
She quaetly , tenderly blossomed,
And love did not yet know some.
The boy her sang a song tend
And took tightly the girl's hand.
He swore then forever to love,
As if to honor a pure white dove,
So that she would believe in his vow -
He gave the girl a s all poppy flower!
Chorus.
The scarlet poppy in the evenings
He brought with gentle singing,
And he went slap to another object ,
Betrayed his early love with neglect…
But the girl fell in love, severely
Lost sleep and peace instantly
But did not hear another greetings,
The heart was filled with sadly things
Chorus

A fun read that looks as though it should be a song.
