Kind of Cruel

Akshadha_Joshi1310

Kind of cruel of you to just disappear,

After placing me on cloud nine,

Your intentions and emotions are never clear,

I suppose I don't really have a say,

Because you were never mine,

I'd die for you to stay and never go away.

Kind of cruel of you to not respond,

Unless it's something ' important ' ,

Or I'm in tears ,

A Little love is all I want,

To lose you now is one of my biggest fears.

Kind of cruel of you to promise you'd call,

But the call never came ,

It is such a crying shame .

Kind of cruel of you to say you'd visit,

And then vanish for months ,

You have the power to either make or break my spirit,

None of this is just.

A poem of different desires that leave one a looser. Power resides in the hands of the one that has nothing to loose. A sad poem of loss. Well done
