Is it possible to miss something 

You've never even felt,

In somebody's arms, have you ever been held?

Oh , to be kissed on the forehead,

And wouldn't it be nice to not be left on " read" ?

A hug from behind,

To hear words that are soft and kind ,

To have somebody untangle your mind .

Compliments that are sweet and small,

To have someone running just to hug you down the hall,

A secret handshake,

Matching necklaces ,

To have your own favourite places.

To have somebody write you a love letter, 💌 

To have somebody make you cookies 🍪 just to make you feel better,

A certain " our song".

To have somebody call you at the end of a bad day,

To have comforting things to say .

It's all the little things,

But so much happiness it brings.
