The Shadow

Hanible

No one sees

No one feels

No pain

Hidden in the dark

No one hears

No one knows

That I die years ago

I been stop talking

Kicking and screaming

Buried in the back

Broken smiles

Broken home

Memories burning

Taking me

Away with the wind

A flashlight under the covers

A rainy cloud over my head

So in

The Shadow

I'll stay

A sense that no one feels or knows what you do. Like a child under the covers for safety and isolation with a flashlight and in that sense staying in the shadow. Very nice
