I'm sorry
Sister sister
You're drunk like you always do
Tears in my eyes are not the laughing kind
With your high heeled shoes you strut to impress the lads
But your drunkenness just gets me sad
And although your pride is well, not so easily disturbed
But your memories are always a blur
Drink one shot
Get yourself another
Why not include a fine wine to that?
Father father
Always tried to tell
His messages were brutal
But his deliveries were kind
I used to love you but now I just pity you
Because you've made papa blue
You may think You're so grown but you act like You're still sweet Sixteen
Realize You're pushing 30
Dust off your heels
get yourself together
You may think that You're better
But no you just get into the bottle
Sister sister you ain't going nowhere
So help yourself and hear my plea
Sister sister
I still care for you because I admit I still love you

A poem of the difficulty of dealing with a sibling that has problems. Love overcomes all.
A touching write of trying to get a sibling to understand they have a problem and its effecting the whole family, though they still love her, heartfelt write, expressed nicely
