Lingering were emotions
nervous was state
lied under beneath a senseless death
sorry were emotions
off late
results lingering mind
Stood stuck in time
past regrets playing
future uncertain remains
why give all that ?
why still remain laid ?
why to even begin with ?
how to rewind ?
how to restart ?
why continue ?
questions puzzling in mind
killing its own time

Bad outcomes and uncertainty prompt questions after the fact. I hear those questions that have no answers and as rocks in a washing machine cause a lot of noise and do no good. Well written
