Illicitus

JAY_357

I have adamantly desired you from afar.
This sin, our affair.
Living a separate life.
A life without you, intolerable.
These requited feelings we cannot express.
The end we have been wanting, our death.

God will look upon us and shut heaven's doors,
The golden light pouring through will never touch us.
We will plunge down to a black ocean of beasts calling our names.
The tar staining even the tips of our fingers permanently.
Our punishment.

Yet also peace.
Respite from an unfortunate life.

Two souls glide hand in hand, dancing toward gates.
Together.
