Hungry young fathers
raiding aid trucks and food banks
shot throught hands or legs.
Truck loads of corpses
returned to he enemy
in fumes of dry ice.
Cuban families,
Peruvian, Mexican,
chased and caught like deer.

Senryu after senryu of barbarous acts in a savage world. Well written
One could but sigh at times like these
Nicely written writes if the barbaric actions going on in today's world,
a powerful peace with a message of great injustice
Can one (or should one) still write poetry in times like these? Thank you for your compassionate feedback.
Poetry should always be written , its the weapon that fights injustice
Sad, scary, true. Well done on these. 🌹👏
