i’m not too crazy
but i’m not all well,
i’m not that smart
but i’m not dumb either.
i’m not the worst fuck he’s had
but i’m not the one he calls for seconds.
i’m not ugly
but i’m not worth writing songs about.
i’m not dirty
but i’m never clean.
i’m not a lie
but i’m no longer the truth.
i’m not dying,
i’m just losing shape.
in between.

Balance is of critical importance in life and being able to find the middle ground is key. Here normality is what one sees themself as. If there were no normal there would be no exceptional nothing to compare to. It is perfectly fine to be average not in all things, that would be boring, but in any. A lovely poem with various meanings and a fave
A lovely write very nicely worded, you are yourself and that's what is important, we are all just average normal people and should be proud of that, enjoyed the read
Excellent write
