Emotional motion sickness

Georgia Watson

Emotional motion sickness:

I get sad, my heart gets dizzy. Maybe get mad, my stomach goes all spinny. Fear is a constant journey, and I don’t know how to navigate it. I feel sick, a case of emotional motion sickness. Like being on an infinite car ride, or like being a server on the down low. Emotional motion sickness, a sorrow of a way to go. Emotional motion sickness, please never let me go.

A vivid description of anxiety and agitation leading to illness and a plea for the other to stay and not leave. Very heart felt.
