Travelling one way

Caring dove

A dove travels in the soft sky

in the blue comfortable colours

that she can do often be used to in her days

it reminds her of the ocean that sometimes smiles below her two tender wings

a place that shines by a golden beach

yet it’s a place she’s never really felt

as she doesn’t know how to safely swim

just like the red Robin with little friendly feet

both birds meant to fly the sky

through the blues and sometimes greys

past talkative trees

maybe both wonder  what it would be like to travel like a boat on waters

how it feels to feel something else touching their little feet and maybe even their wings too

Here the proximity of the word wander and wonder interchange leaving one to wonder and wander. A most interesting take on these birds of also a different type but also related.
