Reframe

Jeremy Leach

Reframe the picture, reframe your mind

Look deep inside where the things that you find

Can look very different depending where you stand

Look at the beach or look at the sand

Look for the good or look for the bad

Both coexist but try to be glad

When things are daunting and hard to overcome

Shift your position to see battles won

The world can be frightening and seem very strange

But trust in your vision to navigate the rage

Of storm and of tempest, lashing you alone

Look for the beacon to guide you safely home

See the things that matter from those that matter not

See the brighter colours in all that you’ve got

Choose a different angle to see a new design

Reframe the picture, reframe your mind

i like this has a relaxed feeling rhythm wise yet I can still clearly see the skill in how you built the structure.

Thank you. It's always a challenge to try to extract the essence of what I'm trying to say.

Thank you. It's a bit of my own self-help medicine that I've been taking really.
