Mum's Replacement Knee

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

Knew she would get there but not quite this fast,

Mum's replacement knee recovery has been vast.

Pedalling on the bike, doing stretches and squats,

Pottering around the house, she never quite stops.

Ice pack goes on for 30 mins right after the exercise,

Signed off by physiotherapy fast and said her goodbyes.

Now that’s what I call a bionic comeback! My mum went through one too. 😄 Hats off to your mum—pedals, squats, and all. You captured her determination with real affection here, Shawn. Fast recovery, faster rhymes—well done, my friend. 🌹👏
