cancer it is evil when it gets a hold on you
spreading through your body nothing you can do
it dosent have a preference doesent have an age
it gets worse and worse at each and every stage
cancer has no mercy no sorrow or remorse
just its evil way on you it will enforce
takes your life away leaves families in despair
cancer it is evil it really dosent care
