Love became
A road that ended
A quiet stop
No steps to take
Your tears
Cut me deeply
Farewell
So hard to take.
The laughter
Now in a box
Tied with tears
To form a bow
I know that you
Blame me
But we merely
Ran out of road.
At certain times
We both feel anger
Mixed with loss
Some memories kind
You never saw
My tears
As in the car
You climbed.

You're welcome
What a sad farewell lingering in the pain of memories, as if pining for a lost loved one. Beautifully written, not a word out of place - perfect.
Wishing you all the very best,
Tony.
