i thought you’d hug me like you did.

i thought you’d at least say hi.

maybe it’s better, that you don’t have to see me cry

maybe it’s better that i don’t have to cry in front of you

maybe it’s better.

i thought you’d hold me tight.

maybe i’d cry.
