GRATIAS AGO TIBI.
GRATIAS AGO TIBI.
Wonderful Day.
Today I have food and a roof over my head.
I know I will not starve to death
Or be shot dead.
I guess I should be thankful I am still alive
If I don’t feel that way, would that be okay
I think I have run out of positive things to say
Excuse me, I’ll pack up my conscience and guilt
And be on my way

That many of us are familiar with and still there be those that seek out to take what’s over little we have.

It's never how much one has as it is what one has, the most crucial case in point rendered thus, "...But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her."(Luke 10:42)--my aspiration. Beautifully rendered with an irresistible humor and charming humility, too, too perfect, complemented by excellent imagery with a haunting poignancy. I love it. Thank you for sharing.
