Breadcrumbs of the heart

Nicole Pritchard

Are you serious about our bond?

Breadcrumbs for my heart, so beyond

A morsel here, a crumb there

Is that all I'm worth to you, or is it care?

I miss our connection, deep and true

My soul feels empty, longing for you

If your heart isn't in this place

Be honest, let me know the space

I'm here to love, to support and be

A partner in your journey, wild and free

Not to stress or cause you pain

But to nourish our love, and let it gain

Let's be real, let's be clear

If you're not invested, I'll persevere

My love isn't a game, it's real

I need to know how you feel
