GODS ONCE WALKED

nephilim56 ( Norman Dickson)

Gods once walked
Upon burning earth
A time of times
A distant past
A place of shadows
Heaving breath
Before mans arrival
Or mortal death.

The monoliths
Set deep in soil
While rivers formed
Seas they boiled
An alien hand
Or aLmighty being ?
Distant far ?
At this beginning.
