Love is Madness

Xander_Kaine

Each heartbeat now forms a sullen thrum of madness echoing my desire.

In a moment of clarity I found I was never insane except for when my heart was touched.

For there has always been a reason for madness,

And my reason is you.

So tell me every terrible thing you've done and let me love you anyway.

In the shadows where our whispers fade.

Let me glimpse into your velvet bones and to the core of your being,

And place into your cavity that which has always been yours.

With trembling hands I pluck the cords of the heart and play a melody,

As we plunge together into that abyss that is love.
