Your own truth

byyvette

It can be scary to speak up
To voice my truth

Because often the moment I do
It changes, evaporates, dissipates

What once occupied my feelings, my thoughts
Is now gone

It is scary to speak up
To voice my truth

Because the moment I do
The story disappears

And all I am left with
Is a silence and an emptiness

Taking up the space
Where my thoughts have been

Many are scared to speak the truth, I say from my experience if you want the healing to start you have to speak the truth however difficult, nicely expressed and written

No the moment you do it remains in some form. What’s once spoken always remains!
