Love Poem

RSM0812

Love eternal, or not to be,

Simply love that’s lost.

Washed away in vast full seas,

Drowning at a cost.

Bring to me your laughter,

Singing peace and prayer,

Forever and still after,

For you and only you I care.

I love you till the sun goes dark,

Till the earth and moon stand still.

I love you as the weeping harp,

Its song till morrow, keeps it’s will.

Endlessly I will carry,

Within my heart and mind,

Emotions that embody you,

There is no other kind.

For lost or found, our love is reaped,

My amber soul, for you shall keep.

Together we're embodied rare,

Together life, forever shared.

Romantic in its pledges this poem speaks to commitment in love and its lasting nature. Nicely done
