For me
I want the sun to fall from the sky.
I want Humanity to suffer and die.
Let the moon float too far away to see.
Let the fires burn down every tree.
Poison the air we all blindly breathe.
Sacrifice everyone to what they believe.
Could we please set off all the volcanoes.
Could we spin up all the tornadoes.
Can we dry up all the oceans and seas.
Melt all the ice and set more land free.
Can we?
For me.
Please.
They're mine
I want to protect you from the thoughts I see.
Just read nothing that I write down for thee.
Don't look at what my pen said,
don't make my words what you've read,
don't look at what my mind sees.
Stay away from the words of me.
So please.
Turn the page and put it down.
Find something else to read around.
Let it be yourself you read to see.
Stay away from the thoughts of me.
They're mine.
Your attention it is subtle,
goosebumps when we cuddle.
Raised hairs when we caress,
relieve each others stress.
You have me in view,
I have eyes for you.
The feeling of your touch.
I love you so, so much.
But those.
They're mine.

Two poems of very different natures, the first of turmoil and destruction, a desire for the world to end the second of ownership and a desire for a private space. Maybe under it all is a need for solitude and personal space. Lovely
