Bundle

Eugene S.

in the pitch black of a room in a corner

subtle movement

the sound of fabric as life moves it

silences in between

spaces connecting

here is the present

anything else is to come

thoughts

sparks of energy in a form now quiet

a frame of a moment when a universe lies motionless in a bundle

when all that will be is silent

what will this breathing mass do

as circuits fire into existence

when determination eventuates

when ch'i moves the frame and energy sparks

in a muted room

in a corner

beneath some fabric

in a blackened tomb
