Don't Pretend Like You Don't Know

Pita

With pen and paper I let out anger

It is to your advantage that I do

And mine to not put my soul in danger

So take a seat honey, have a good view

First impressions, I thought you were funny

I saw your flaws but everyone has them

Counted you as someone light and sunny

Confided in you but you brought mayhem

I play it docile for the sake of peace

But I see what you're doing, let's be clear

Loudness on your tongue like pizza and grease

Trying to override me, you can't dear

Been here for years so please hear this lesson

Take note, others have tried and you will fail.

You're to blame for your constant aggression

You shouldn't be careless with love that's frail.

Here's the secret; stay low and let Him shine

You can't force it so now get to the grind
