once upon a time, but not too long ago

DeadRose

Notice of absence from DeadRose
Time travelling. Will be around sporadically.

Once upon a time, but not too long ago,
A girl, mind of wildfire, wandered where few dared go.
she learned how to find solace in being so very alone,
and carried, wide eyed, golden eyed wonder, a humor her own.
she had hands that built and broke, curious in flight,
A laugh sharp and teasing, masking a restless mind,
named after truth absolute, chasing it to see
the world unfold its secrets, wild and free.

Unbound by pressures only time can bring
She boldly embraces the risks to come
And won't be stopped by fear or anything
Because she moves to the beat of her drum
