Man will fight our wars
Man will bear silent scars
Man shall live days in dark
Yet still show you light when asked
But man aren’t brave
Man are not strong
Man gives you love
But doubts it all along
Brave enough to love
Scared enough to watch them go
Brave enough to fight the world
Too broken to face their girl
Leaving their heart in pieces
Brave enough to hide those stitches
Man wonders why they’d be loved
So they bury their hearts,
believing they must
For they are humans, fragile and small
Tell your man you love him—
Before silence takes it all,
Before you lose the man,
The man who thinks he lost YOU.

People that count themselves brave to fight are often shy in relationships. This poem seems a plea to be brave in both and have the courage to communicate. Nicely done
Thank you!!!
Most welcome
