What is space?
Is it above the universe,
Or something within us,
Something we can't dream about?
Hollowness of our mind
Or silence of the universe,
Is it reachable?
Can courage fix it,
Or peak the mind
To spark the universe.
Like a vacuum jar,
where no breath survives?
Or a deep sea,
where no spark exists?
Yet a light from Lucknow rose—
Dreaming the impossible,
he inspires us to reach
even the hollow spheres of vacuum.
He proved in silence,
he sparked a nation—
reminding us we share the pride
of the same sky.
Thank you, astronaut,
for inspiring us.
Is everything possible…
or is he magical?

- Comment from author about the poem: When courage meets curiosity, even the silence of the cosmos begins to speak. Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, the first Indian astronaut to reach the ISS, turned the impossible into reality—reminding us that dreams don’t end at the sky. 🌌🚀 My poem “Beyond Breath” is dedicated to him, and to every soul who dares to believe that magic is just courage in disguise. — Ray Moonee ✍

Mankind’s curiosity seems to be also the demise (climate change), sometimes I wonder if satisfaction ever comes to scientists
You also have a point.
A lovely poetic dedication to an astronaut well written
Thank you
