I have many demons,
Some quiet, some loud,
They lurk in the shadows,
Come out in the crowds.
Gleam with hunger,
Frown with disgust,
Ever devouring,
Never to trust.
Sinister in their schemes,
nothing but apathy,
brining me to despair,
with horrific fantasy.
Insidious by nature,
Hideous at their core,
Bicker and squabble,
Till I am no more.

Such demons reside in all of us. A good read.
A play of words and there's always demons bringing us down with them. Nicely written
