So come on now, roll up, roll up – get all your jabs in now;
Haven’t got a full number? An idiot takes a bow.
I’m old enough (yeh plenty) to remember polio -
Without a vaccine, iron lungs or death were all the go.
They were much simpler times when Salk and others cleared the way;
Don’t become a statistic in another plague today.
Resubmitted in response to the parlous position the CDC, Atlanta Georgia finds itself in today.

Another wave of illness noted a poem of warning to take preparation, always wise to protect oneself without causing a stampede. Nicely stated Dave
Will one have the chance if an institution of world standing, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention goes down?
Ah Dave best not ask I have very extreme views
They should be open to challenge...
That's progress.
To put it plainly I feel that the world population is far too high and that in and of itself is a cause of many of these problems Dave
Couldn't agree more, Soren. But what has that to do with the current CDC situation?
The more people the closer the proximity and likelihood of transmission. A world where the closest neighbor is a mile away and seen only month to month would not be transmission friendly
The CDC is dealing with the world as it is - reality. Your position is merely fantasy. Back to metaphor.
That callback to polio really struck me, Dave. It grounds the urgency in lived history…making the plea now impossible to ignore. Well delivered, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
The news relating to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is, frankly unbelievable.
Yeah...frankly, being the mild way to put it. Agreed 💯
Thanks for that, Tristan. Right on track. I needed the support and no one seemed aware of the red.
Makes perfect sense .. don't be a prick go get ya self jabbed ..
😂👍Good 'un. Trouble is, situation at CDC and other revered institutions in what's left of the USA ain't no laughing matter....perhaps...
